We identify suitable plots, run the legal due diligence (30-year title, EC, Khata, layout approval, RERA/MUDA), assess site feasibility — road width, setbacks, FAR/FSI, utilities, drainage — and coordinate the soil test. You get a clear go / no-go before committing.

Buy & register
We support negotiation, coordinate document review with an advocate, and handle registration — via PoA if you can’t be present. Khata transfer and meter sanctions are set in motion here.

Vastu-compliant 2D floor plans, structural design built for local soil and conditions, and 3D elevation renders and walkthroughs — so you know exactly what you’re getting before a single brick is laid.

Secure approvals
We manage the bureaucracy end to end: building plan sanction with the local authority (BBMP / BDA / Panchayat), Khata / e-Khata, commencement certificate, and electricity and water connections.

Construction using high-grade materials — M25+ concrete, premium TMT steel — with weekly portal updates, curing logs and milestone sign-offs. Quality is documented, not just promised.

Interiors & handover
Modular kitchen, wardrobes and full interior fit-out. We hand over a finished home — and the Occupancy Certificate.

We look after it after you have the keys
Optional ongoing support: maintenance AMC, waterproofing and plumbing checks, security coordination, and — if it’s an investment — a rental-ready package with tenant handover and property management.
